Home health helps people recover, manage an illness, or maintain their abilities at home. Visits follow a care plan ordered by a doctor or another qualified healthcare provider.

Absolute bills insurance for covered services. We review your benefits and any authorization needed before care begins.

CORE SERVICES

Services are ordered and provided according to the individualized plan of care.

Assessment, wound care, medication education, and help managing health conditions, according to the ordered care plan.

Physical, occupational, and speech therapy may be provided when ordered and clinically appropriate.

Medical social work and home health aide services may be included when appropriate to the care plan.

A clear review process helps the patient and referral source understand the next step.

We review the order from your doctor or another qualified healthcare provider and the relevant clinical information.

Coverage requirements, location, clinical needs, and staffing are evaluated.

If accepted, the team schedules the initial visit and coordinates the plan of care.
